How to prepare tomatoes with aspirin for the winter.
For this type of preservation, we select small, plump, fleshy tomatoes, with thick skins, shorter than the top variety. Select tomatoes with unbrushed skins, do not crush them. Mix the tomatoes with cold water.
The watchmaker is cleaned by peeling and rinsing. The crop parasols are also washed with cold water and placed on paper towels to allow the vologist to notice.
The jars are then sterilized in any manual way, the lids are boiled for 4-5 minutes. At the bottom of the jars we put a parasol crop, a chasnik, and a bay leaf.
Then we add the tomatoes, trying to leave a rich mixture without stagnating with the tomatoes.
Aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid) tablets are crushed into powder.
We hang aspirin powder near a jar of tomatoes.
We pour water into the saucepan for the marinade, pour in the zukor and salt. Over high heat, bring the water to a boil, stirring until the zukor and soil are completely dissolved. Pour ocet into the marinade and stir in the fire. Pour boiling marinade into jars of tomatoes.
Cover with lids and seal hermetically - sealed or screwed. Close the jars and turn them over.
