French fries are a favorite among schoolchildren, but not less so. And how many recipes exist in the culinary world, where the main ingredient is potato, it is simply impossible to overcook. It is added to soups, borscht, potatoes, cooked as a side dish before meat, added to highly nutritious salads, savory home-made herbs are prepared from it, donuts and other malts are made from it. In a word, we can’t go anywhere without potatoes, and we have the right to be considered the king of cooking.
Do you know that potato pancakes, prepared with grated potatoes, are not only popular in our kitchens, but also abroad? True, the recipes for preparing a few of them vary from one type to another, but in the end we end up with the same herb. It doesn’t matter where you are served, either in Ukraine, or in Russia, or perhaps in Sweden or Israel - you can immediately guess what it is.
