In 1921, the people voted for themselves “in a single form as a mass of rob-bo-whose young people” and set out to get “the whole mass” from their ranks.
In 1924, the rock of RKSM was given the name V.I. Le-ni-na. In Berezna 1926, the All-Union Lenin-sky Kom-mu-ni-sti-che-so-union of youth (VLKSM) was renamed in connection with the formation of the USSR in 1922.

Number of people: 22,100 people (1918 people), over 2 million people (1928 people), over 42 million people (1984 people), about 21.3 million people (1 year 1991) y). It was impossible to leave the Komsomol, as well as the CPRS, freely (until 1990), only after the decisions of the Komsomol bodies about the exception. The greatest governing body of the Komsomol - z'izd, between z'iz-da-mi - the election of the Central Committee, z-bi-rav-shiy from its own zi-sta-va Bureau i Se-k-re-ta-ri-at. It was built as a com-mu-n-stichny par-tiya, according to the principle of a liz-ma center (development of higher or-ga-niv without - conditions -but obligatory-not for the lower, smaller-shin-st-v-o-oblig-but-pіd-chi-nyat-sya-bіl-shin-st-vu), on the basis- the selection of all the governing bodies (in practice, the form was often carried out) and on the territory ri-to-ri-al-but-pro-viral sign (primary-vi-or-ga-ni-for-ts-si-created according to my work the beginning of com-com-mol-tsev and gathered in the area, towns and in. Number of primary organizations: 8645 (1920 rivers), approximately 474.4 thousand. (1987 r_k). In 1959, 34% of young people aged 14-28 were in the Komsomol, in 1965 - 43%, in the mid-1980s - 60%.
The Komsomol is initially formed as part of the party-power structure. At the beginning of 1919, the Central Committee of the RCP (b) and the Central Committee of the RKSM adopted a joint document “On the mutual relations of the RKSM and the RCP (b)”, in which elk, that the Komsomol is aware of the program and so-ti-ku par-tiya. The Central Committee of the RKSM not-medium-st-ven-but pod-chi-nyal-sya of the Central Committee of the RCP (b). Local Komsomol committees work under the control of local committees of parties. The 10th Congress of the RCP (b) (1921) asked all young party members under 20 to join the Komsomol in order to actively participate in their work.
The Komsomol does not have the right not to accept party members from its ranks, the acceptance is carried out automatically, without blue-de-nya pro-tse-du-ri. Following the entry of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) into the Komsomol, in the late 1920s - 1930s, purges were carried out, together with the masses. re-press-siya-mi. At the same time, 86.6% of the members of the Central Committee of the Komsomol were vi-ve-de-but from his -sta-va [zі zi-sta-va of the Central Committee of the Military-Industrial Complex (b) for the same peri-od vi-ve-de-no 66.2% of members], rose-strelyan general secretary A.V. The 18th Congress of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) (1939) established that the Komsomol could have had more than one person who had -not in the hands of the company. The members of the Komsomol from the districts to the Central Committee could not fight with the members of the Komsomol.

Among those adopted from the party in 1966, the number of com-so-mol-tsi was 40.1%, in 1973 - 66.2%, in 1981 - 73.1%.
After the 28th meeting of the CPRS, about ga-ni-za-tsiya, 21st meeting of the Komsomol (1990) established or-ga-ni-za-tsi-on-but-po-li-tichnaya sa-mosta - There is no Komsomol relation to the Communist Party of the Soviet Union. Senior First Secretary of the Komsomol Central Committee Viktor Mironenko:
“Democracy is a theorem that needs to be proven every day”
The Komsomol, a legendary organization, became the forge of the oligarchs, and at the end of the SRSR. It’s impossible to remember him, unless you remember him. The first and foremost secretary of the Komsomol Central Committee, Viktor Mironenko, spoke to the chief editor of Izvestia in Ukraine, Yanina Sokolovsky.
“On the market, the Komsomol received $1 billion, parties – $10 billion”
nutrition: The Komsomol is affiliated with the Masonic lodge, because those who come from it work with the owner and work hard one for one. Are you good with such changes?
Proof: On the right, not in Freemasonry, but in special contacts. You see, we all got together, worked at the same factory, earned our careers at the same time, and went about our lives. It’s impossible to see such comrades. I have already said that the Komsomol is a career lifting. Before the speech, I told Gorbachov that I was wrong about one thing: in 1990, without concluding the meeting, the Komsomol was transformed into a Social Democratic Party. I am ready for this theoretically, but not psychologically.
in: Komsomol was called a type of mafia.
about: If it now seems that the billionaires come from the Komsomol, I firmly confirm that those with whom I allied did not become oligarchs. And this is the greatest Komsomol rhubarb. I don’t respect this mafia organization, although my candidate’s thesis is dedicated to the Komsomol. I originated the term “mobilization model of youth organization.” Vіn vikoristovuetsya up to now.
And the other day I read that the first student camp will once again arrive at the site of the upcoming Olympics in Sochi. Everything starts first.
Ale vidroditi Komsomol impossibly. He was more than capable of his time. The Komsomol was born because millions of young people and many prospects wanted to stand up for their rights. This is a revolutionary organization. In my opinion, the revolution began not in 1917, but in 1905, and did not end in 1991.
Q: How similar is the system of organizing power in the Politburo and in Ukraine?
about: Over the course of time, there was one subject of governance - the Politburo of the Central Committee of the CPRS. Everything was forgiven. And now the problem of Ukraine is that the people who came out of the government offices are leading the country. The success and failure of marriage is not determined by the political structure. For example, in America there are different economic structures: socialism for African Americans, wild capitalism in the criminal sphere and “cultivation” in the general public. Let the people understand: better than mother, such steps of freedom, not absolute, are not natural in nature.
in: Is the Ukrainian front in Moscow immediately pouring into power?
about: There seems to be plenty of food, but not for Ukraine. Ukrainians are not agents in flux. During the hours of the Politburo, lobbying was Galuzev's, territorial, and based on personal connections. For any kind of nutrition that industry is in need of, the mothers of their people required the Central Committee and the Derzhplan.
Q: How does food control Mironenko?
in: Take it seriously, although not everything. Together with Dmitry Tkach, the current ambassador of Ukraine in Ugorshchina, we created a system of scientific and technological creativity of young people, which was later called the first system of transferring Radyan’s pennies into cooking, which collapsed the Radyan’s economy.
Until then, pennies were transferred unpreparedly, and the wage fund was controlled by the highest rank. There was nothing sacred, this fund and Volodymyr Illich at the Mausoleum.
We were able to create a small break in the monolith of the Radian system - we began to pay royalties to the authors of scientific developments. And to achieve this, we went through all the stages, including the Central Committee. Over the years, Rizhkov shouted that Mironenko had ruined the economy of the USSR.
The result is a new law on cooperatives. Preparation began practically in the director’s office, but until then we were already very hungry.
Q: Have you secured the right for the Komsomol to engage in commerce?
about: If I left the Komsomol, then I transferred to my defender the billions of dollars that we ourselves had earned through the youth tourism bureau “Suputnik”, in various activities, such as rehabilitation centers. The Komsomol was an absolutely self-sufficient organization. On this billion, lying on the shells, I marveled, like a whale on lard.
Then he called - he went to the right-wing Central Committee of the party Mikoła Kruczyn, otherwise without making a decision. And then someone was thrown out of the window, and he himself was thrown out. The party at the market is small, $10 billion.
“Zinchenko – lyudina zdatna”
A: Where did all this money go after the collapse of the Komsomol?
about: Chantly, they were stolen, but not the Komsomol members. Officially, the money will be shared with the remaining contributions to the Komsomol and joy under the leadership of Oleksandr Zinchenko. There were fifteen republican organizations involved.
Q: And then Zinchenko opened a bank near Moscow.
about: This bank was founded in 1989, called “Phoenix”. We then thought: as freedom increased, it became possible to work in active market minds, the need to create a bank. I gave 500 million rubles - so the Central Committee of the Komsomol became the founder of the bank.
Zinchenko, a well-known person, came to me with a proposal to create the Inter TV channel. Having said that the foreign-union ether of the GRT will stretch the region of the administration and will renew itself, abyak. We went from his idea to Berezovsky, Yakovlev, Patarkatsishvili. I asked to help Zinchenko: “We recognize him as a legal person and keruvateme with him.” So the wine “Inter”.
o: When you were appointed first secretary, did Shcherbitsky encourage you? And who is he really: a sovereign or a careerist?
o: He was right before the people of his time. It seemed to me that I should love Ukraine. I convinced Gorbachov that Shcherbitsky did not rise to the rank of general secretary, he should have worked in Ukraine. On the front line of the central apparatus, he is intelligent and reasonable.
I said: it’s important to say that if Kiev is the capital of Ukraine, Lviv is the capital of not the same Ukraine, Kharkov is the first capital of Ukraine, Odessa is not the first, but not the other, Dnipropetrovsk divide the hour into Petrovsky, pre-Petrovsky and Dnipropetrovsk, and Donbass without putting anyone on the knee.
I would like Shcherbitsky’s suicide note to be hung by officials next to the portrait of the president in their offices. She said: “I have 48,000 rubles there, which I have saved up. This is everything I earned.” And this is Shcherbitsky, who is actually the owner of all Ukraine.
When I had a conversation with someone, he said to me: “May I respect you: like the first person, you stand for everything, otherwise you can only deal with this people. And there are only two things to do, which tasks will not be allowed to leave the field and who will be delegated to – the national and personnel.”
Life has been very kind to me since I met great people, being friends with Metropolitan Pitirim. My notes about my relationship with him are now saved in the archive of current history. Not long before the death of the Metropolitan, I asked: what does the Holy Letter convey to the future humanity? He said “no” at first, then thought and said: “One thing is a khan.” And it’s impossible to forget someone.”
in: They said that you, the great mischief maker of the philosopher Kant, being a Komsomol member, paid attention to his grave...
about: This is an anecdotal story. When I think that I will leave my post, I will make one of my remaining trips to the Komsomol conference in Kaliningrad. Having learned all the rituals from the sailing of ships and hymns, and having realized that I am a historian and a philosopher, and in Kaliningrad, Kant’s lamentations. Having asked the local Komsomol lads to show him the grave. The next day, they came for me, brought me to the center, and there, over Kant’s buried grave, stood a company of honorary troops, an orchestra, and a majestic wreath with the line “Immanuel Kant as the First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Komsomol.”
“Yeltsin started to double”
A: Now you see Russian translations of Ukrainian politicians and philosophers. When the Petlyurs were preparing this work, were there any moments that you wanted to exclude from the text?
about: Galina Lisova was involved in translating Petlyuri’s books. Vona was overwhelmed: “What did you give me?” Seeing the functionary’s pages becomes boring, like Komsomol meetings.” I myself, having translated Lisyak-Rudnitsky, then Drahomanov, Grushevsky from this Ukrainian library.
A: You were accused of promoting “regional-scale PP”...
about: Bulo take. I really enjoyed Yuri Polyakov’s story about PP. The image of the first secretary of the district Komsomol Viyshov is reliable, but the film after book was made by the weak director Snizhkin. Derzhkino saw the money, and then the secretary of culture, Sergei Rogozhkin, came to me, changing, and it seemed that they wanted to show the film at the Central Committee. I said: “Let it go.”
They brought the film still warm. The entire apparatus of the Central Committee gathered around the hall. I marveled at the movie, then walked up to Snizhkin and said: “This is your directorial failure. You cheated." I asked Polyakov: How could you allow such pornography to be produced from a talented speech? Vibach, I can’t say hello.”
After 3-4 days, I switched to the “stressful” phone and Derzhkino’s head called and said: “To Viktor Ivanovich, a film was filmed here, “PP of a regional scale.” Why bother with him? I say: “Your pennies, your creative plan, go ahead. Ale film is not far away. Skon'yukturiv lad"
I reasoned: Snizhkin checked that I would shout and give the command to protect the painting. Vine holds a press conference, revealing that Komsomol members have discovered the film and its advertising. Ale win without becoming popular and without earning a penny. And the Central Committee called me that the party was losing its authority, since Mironenko released “PP” on the screen.
Q: They talked a lot about your welding with Yeltsin. Why don't you accept it?
o: The post of First Secretary of the Komsomol Central Committee was the prerogative of the Moscow Komsomol organization. When people from Ukraine appeared, they took it by force. It was important for me to get used to the Moscow nomenklatura. And Yeltsin is in approximately the same situation. The boys from the Urals pleased me: “Go to Yeltsin, you love the Komsomol, you are democratic.” To be honest, I was not healthy. As soon as the “Lyubertsy inquiries” began, I treated them differently: in public I was a democrat, but in reality a party boor, barking at people, calling them names.
Years ago, I made a “historic” speech at the 1987 plenum. I am a witness: there was no such historicity there. Just a Wiishov joke. There is a plenum of the Central Committee of the Communist Party, I am sitting instructing Yeltsin to go to sleep. The order of the day is: “Discussed testimony of the General Secretary at local meetings dedicated to the 70th Century Revolution.”
Gorbachov comes out and comments on 25-30. There may be further discussions, but no one wants to participate. Ligachov is invading. Yeltsin sleeps and makes such a fleeting hand gesture. The president will respect you and say: “Comrade Yeltsin wants to speak.”
I go to the podium, not understanding anything. Previously, he had previously appeared as a papirian, but here he did not show up. Yeltsin takes in the absolutely idiotic situation and begins to say that the situation is not good, it is not correct, but it is not enough. Axis, Mikhail Sergiyovich, praise you, but you don’t respond to it. How can that be? “The Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union is changing its mind and is working as before.” And here the denunciation of Ligachov is filled with blood - this is a stone in his city. Yeltsin was on his way, because he couldn’t get through Ligachov to Gorbachov.
Yeltsin will finish the promo. Gorbachov is deafening those who have signed up to speak, and I sense with horror that these people have “suspended” such Ligachov. Then I cooked it until it was ready. They have a chance to gain service and get involved.
By the end of the sixth stage, Yeltsin had become the enemy of the party and he, like Kaplan, needed to be shot. Yeltsin sits with round eyes and does not understand what is happening.
During the break, a group of democrats gathers. "What are you timid about?" - Ask. I say: “Take a break and speak out if you can.”
And just a few days later, at a regular meeting in the Kremlin, Yeltsin came up, hugged me and said: “Viktor, why aren’t you joining my ritual.”
After lunch, the rector of the Vyshkoy Komsomol school, Golovachov, called me: “Yeltsin spoke at our school. Yogo was asked: “How are you being promoted to the first secretary of the Komsomol Central Committee?” Vin Vidpoviv: “Looking at those who at the plenum of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union poured bullshit on me, I won’t characterize them in any way.”
A month is passing. We meet at a meeting in the Kremlin, and he says to me: “Good afternoon, dear,” he extends his hand. I don’t shake hands, I say: “Boris Mikolayovich, explain to me if they told the truth: after the plenum a month ago, at the Komsomol school?”
about: Alemov Yeltsin was published as a found democrat. She had everything she needed in an hour, including criticism of Raisa Gorbachova.
about: Behind this is a political technological history. The Academy of Grammar Sciences has recruited the head editors of all Spilka newspapers. They asked Yeltsin and said: “To Boris Mikolayovich, you spoke at the plenum, but your language was not published. It's a mess." Pomichnik yogo: We’ll bring it tomorrow. The testimony was written overnight by Poltoranin and Burbulis, copied and distributed to all the editors the next day. Within a day, the whole country had read this “vistup”.
Q: Are you happy that you just left the Komsomol for science?
about: Aristotle was asked: What is so happy? Vin Vidpoviv: “Happiness is a blessing.” They told him: And other blessings. Vin Vidpov: “Happiness is the greatest good. Wealth, fame and power are the greatest good, and happiness is greater for them.” This formula is for all hours. After Aristotle, no one wrote anything fundamentally new either about people or about the sleepiness of people.
"Those who are visible to Russia are also visible to me"
Q: How do you compare to current politicians in Ukraine?
Q: There is a rule here: if it is socialism, then it is such that the nuts crack. Like capitalism, it’s like that. Americans and Europeans laugh: “You have forgotten the capitalism that was painted in caricatures and babbled at children during the Christian hours.” In Ukraine, the influx of great business is even greater, due to the control of the powers and politically significant flows. It seems to me that the political elite of the new Ukraine is still weak. It is impossible to resist the corporate interests of other structures. This is a very serious problem in the region due to the market economy.
Q: There are a number of problems in Ukraine that are part of the growing social problems. This is the food of religion, language, and advice, right away and sunset, Russia and NATO.
about: Ukraine is trying to restore its security system. And theoretically this is correct, as if the elements of the “Cold War” were not vindicated.
The sovereignty of Ukraine rests on its competitiveness, which will always exist on an equal basis with other nations. Ukrainian democracy is not an axiom, but a theorem that needs to be realized every day.
in: Kiev respects that this theorem can be achieved by ideal politicians, but their names are unknown, their exploits are unknown.
about: There are no ideal politicians. If only it would be correct if there were signs on the tables of pottery workers in Ukraine and Russia: “Those that are prominent in Ukraine...” or “Those that are prominent in Russia are prominent in me.” So we don’t praise the decisions that have created mischief in the water supply of our lands. The stinks are tightly knitted. The beats, given one, will turn into another.

What is Komsomol? The decoding of the concept will be already known to our middle- and older-generation spivitch students. And a lot of young representatives, melodiously, recognize folding words with explanations of what it is. Let's guess about this relic of the power that has gone.
