The clergy and Orthodox believers of Donbass reacted to the cynicism of the false patriarch Denisenko, who recently spoke from the pulpit of one of the churches. A response to this statement was published on the websites of the Donetsk and Gorliv diocese.
Reaction to the statement of the head of the so-called “Kiev Patriarchate” Filaret (M.O. Denisenko)
The expansion of many of the rest of the world’s greatness is expressed in words like the voice of the citizen of Ukraine M.A. from the church pulpit. Denisenko (a person who calls himself “Patriarch of Kiev and all Russia-Ukraine Filaret”) in one of his “sermons”. The video, which shows the guessed name, was published on November 4, 2016 YouTube video hosting.
The words uttered by “patriarch” Denisenko overwhelmed not only us, the locals of Donbass, but also reasonable people from various regions of Ukraine and other countries. So the title of “patriarch” said that the population of Donbass may suffer from the suffering and blood of “the sin of voting in the referendum for federalization.” These terrible and inhuman words struck and deeply wounded the hearts of rich people.
Unfortunately, in 2014, a fraternal war began in Donbass. According to UN data, from mid-2014 to 31 June 2016, 9,553 individuals died and 22,137 individuals were injured. Behind these numbers are human shares. M.A. Denisenko (Filaret) talk about the shelter of the ten-month-old girl Kira, who exploded from her mother as a shell, when the stinks walked near the city park in Gorlivka; about the suffering of a mother whose three small children died under shelling; about the share of the nine-year-old Vanya Voronov, whose projectile has spared the dawn, nig, and hand of his young brother. The food is in question: which “god” should he (Filaret) serve? To Baal, to whom did people, including children, sacrifice in Carthage?
People who serve the True God, having said that one of His names is Lyubov, cannot invoke violence and bloodshed. The shells don’t know who is flying from them - the real criminals or the helpless old ones, women and children. The insistence on the principle of collective responsibility is yet another historical barbarity, which throws such principles, which have become stagnant, far back in development.
The role of the true Church in civil and military conflicts has always been peacekeeping. The task of Christians today is to pray for the end of the war and in their own words and on the right to accept the most recent turn of the situation in Donbass in a civilized direction, if people of different views are able to walk peacefully about those , how I have to live one by one.
The deep disintegration of the colossal marriage, welding, disunity that we are facing today is a direct legacy of the terrible sin of church schism, which at some point became the false patriarch Filaret (Denisenko). Behind the screen of “patriotism” lies the untruth and destructive activity that has been destroying the Ukrainian people for three decades now.
Donetsk that Gorlivskka єparkhіy є is a part of the Ukrainian Orthodox Churches, the same of the Churches of Ukraine, the far -in the risen Christ - jeleselo love, that is joyful among people. Throughout its entire life and activity, the Ukrainian Orthodox Church instills in its flock love for God, for its neighbors, for the Fatherland, for its people.
Today we offer our prayers that the Lord will generously bestow light on our richly suffering land, we pray for all those who work in a unique field of peacemaking for the welfare of the Church of Christ and all of us!

I'm flying shanovni. I have long wanted to write an article about the churches of Donbass, or rather, try to show them, I’ll try now. I will begin with the recently restored churches of Donetsk. Otje:
1. Cathedral Church of Peter and Fevronia of Murom.
Developments on the territory of the park complex of the Center of Slovenian Culture near Donetsk, whose life began in January 2011 (the life of the temple became possible thanks to the benefactor - Yu. V. Filatov, who died on January 1, 2015). On May 7, 2016, the first Divine Liturgy took place at the church. The robots will continue to paint the temple.
Its height is 56 meters. The building of the temple can accommodate up to 1200 worshipers. The architectural and stylistic design of the temple follows the traditions of Orthodox church architecture and, at the same time, the temple will be a daily cult dispute with the motifs of the Ukrainian Baroque. The stylobate of the temple was created to accommodate the difference in relief.
The cathedral church has three pillars: the central one is in honor of the holy noble Prince Peter and Princess Fevronia, the right one is in honor of the Great Martyr and Victory George, the left one is in honor of the Holy Apostolic Princess Olga.
2. Spaso-Preobrazhensky Cathedral
The construction is a replacement for the Transfiguration Cathedral, which was torn down in 1931 (the place of the new cathedral is not the same as the old one). Budivnytstvo was issued in 1997. 2006 rock cathedral will be open for believers. The first Great Day service at the Transfiguration Cathedral was held in 2007.
The architect of the cathedral is V.V. Onufrienko - combining the stylistic motifs of Russian classicism with elements inherent in Ukrainian architecture. The main building, without a porch, has a floor length of 57 m and a width of 36 m. The exterior of the building has textured plaster, granite and marmur blocks. The head and side entrances of the cathedral are decorated with large and large bas-relief images of crosses, and in the niches there are elaborate mosaic figures of the Savior, the Mother of God and the saints. The cathedral's church is three-tiered. The apple of the Cross spire is located at a height of 58 m above the ground. On the third tier, which ends with a long dome and spire, a chimes are installed, and below - a bell. The Holy Transfiguration Cathedral can accommodate up to three thousand believers.
In 2002, at the entrance to the cathedral, a bronze statue of the Archangel Michael was installed, donated by the Kiev authorities, which previously stood on Nezalezhnosti Square in Kiev (a gift from the widow for a copy of the Mertsalov palm tree, donated by Donetsk Kiev flight 2001 rock).
24.04. In 2016, on Cathedral Square in front of the Spaso-Preobrazhensky Cathedral, the consecration of the “Khachkar” (cross-stone) took place to commemorate the riddle of the victims of the genocide of the Virmen in the Ottoman Empire in 1915 and the innocent victims of the war in Donbass.
3. Church of the Nativity of Christ
Created according to the project of the Donbass architect Vigdergauz P.I. 2000 have a birth. Restoration at the square of the fallen communes (at the site of retouching of the Transfiguration Cathedral, which was torn down in 1931). The construction of the temple was dedicated to the 2000th birthday of Christ.
There will be more
Orthodox Christians in Donbas granted the head of the so-called “Kiev Patriarchate” Filaret (M. A. Denisenko).
The greatness of many of the rest of the world is summed up in the words spoken from the church pulpit by the citizen of Ukraine M. A.
